第一组4个，这些都是在名字里有个“Boost”的，单纯的Boost，没有其他通道。

Time Machine Boost

　　Time Machine Boost by 'Legendary Tones' ( David Szabados and Robert Keeley), 3 LEDs, 9volt adapter (included!), 3 knobs, 2 Stomps, 1 Mini switch 它的基本功能是能够切换Modern和Vintage两种音色模式。我记得当我第一次在网站上看到的时候，我想这真tm可笑。但是，这个确实有很不一样的tone。Vintage 1966 模式是对高频的booster，只对高频有boost作用而不对其他频段的信号起作用；1972模式和1966类似，但是是全频的boost并且带有一点过载。但是这两种模式都不算是真正的'clean' boosts'，因为对音色渲染的很多，但是Modern模式好像更'clean'一些。

Sweet sound Booster

　　Sweet Booster ( Bob Sweet), LED and 9v adapter, One Knob, Small MXR sized box 它有足够的gain，在高端也保持的很好，并且有一点点中频提升，能让clean音色变得肥一些，或者是把amp推到过载的音色。

BJFE Baby Pink Booster

　　BJFE (Bjorn Juhl) Baby Pink Booster, LED and 9v adapter, one knob, small box 它有非常多的gain同时在原本的音色和boost过的音色中达到一个非常好的平衡，可以得到漂亮甜美的音色。最可贵的是能保持动态。很多boost让声音变大，但是死板僵硬，而baby pink对音箱的动态和“触感”能保持得相当好。

MMFX Tube Dancer/DTD1 clean boost

　　MMFX (Morgan Miller) DTD-1 boost (this is the boost side of the Tube Dancer and works independantly of the overdrive side of the pedal), LED 9v adapter, the DTD is a small box one knob 全频boost，纯粹的提升，即使到最后也能保持clean，是那种可以一直开着的boost。听起来与Matchless有些类似，大量的gain。下面这段不知道怎么翻才好：really more than most people would ever use.... this would likely overdrive an old Marshall Major (Heck it would likely overdrive an old Big Block Chevy!).
